Tori Rittinger

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Tori has called Virginia home for the last 20 years. She now lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband, three teenagers and two dogs. She loves bringing people together—whether it's mixing up cocktails for a get together or teaching someone a game that's about to become their new addiction.

After discovering Mahjong in 2021, Tori was instantly hooked and trained professionally with Mahjong Molly, who is the go to in all things Mahjong.

Tori’s background working with special needs individuals taught her to adapt to different learning styles, which she brings to her layered, bite-sized teaching approach.

As an introverted extrovert, Tori genuinely enjoys watching people discover a love for Mahjong.

Meredith Faber

Meredith is a mahjong instructor based in Arlington and originally from Philadelphia (go Birds!). She’s always loved a good game night, especially ones that mix strategy, great company, and a little friendly competition. That’s what drew her to mahjong. Now, she loves helping others learn and get hooked too. Meredith’s classes are all about connection, laughter, and learning at your own pace. Outside of teaching, you can find her at the beach, throwing a themed party, hanging with her family, or relaxing with the latest true crime thriller.

Events Director by day, Mahjong enthusiast by night! Caryn has been actively playing Mahjong since 2008 and is excited to share her love of the game as a new trainer. Based in Loudoun County, Caryn lives with her husband, two kids, and goldendoodle. Whether you're new to the game or looking to brush up on the rules or strategies, Caryn creates a welcoming and fun environment to learn and play. She brings her experience, enthusiasm, and organization to every lesson, making mahj both engaging and enjoyable.
